Vegan wonton wrappers, cut in half
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds, for sprinkling

- Prepare the Guacamole: In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados until smooth or leave slightly chunky, based on preference. Stir in sesame oil, soy sauce, diced shallot, and minced garlic. Mix well to combine. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil, if desired.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Wonton Chips: Arrange the halved wonton wrappers on a baking sheet in a single layer.In a small bowl, mix together maple syrup and sesame oil. Brush each wonton wrapper with the mixture.
