  • Add Sugar & Milk: Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed. Slowly add the pistachio milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Flavor & Color: Mix in the vanilla extract and, if using, a drop or two of green food dye for a subtle pistachio color.
  • Beat Until Fluffy: Increase the mixer speed and beat for 2-3 minutes until the frosting is light and fluffy.
